How do I get the domain after the purchase?

Once you purchase the domain with Namestic, we start an escrow process to transfer the domain to the registrar of your choice or we will push it into an account for you at our registrar. We will then send you an email with your username and password. In most cases access to the domain will be available within one to two hours of purchase or upto 7 days depending on the nature of transfer initiated.

What comes with the domain name?

‘Only the Domain Name’ is included as a part of your purchase.

Incase you’ve been included in our sale program you shall get a free logo, hosting, consultation, depending on type of offers/promotion we have running at Namestic.

If the name has been brought from a reseller or Namestic authorized partner, you maybe eligible for a free logo depending on the reseller. Namestic has no control over such promotions.

Can I transfer my domain to another registrar?

Normally when you transfer a domain, most registrars include a transfer lock on your domain for upto 60 days. Therefore, Namestic suggests that you should always inform us during the sale & escrow process regarding the choice of your registrar for smooth & secured transfers. Depending on the registrar you may also be able to move your domain freely across multiple registrars.

How Can I Submit my Domains on Namestic?

Do you offer payment plans?

Do you have a return/refund policy?

At Namestic we believe in fair trade practices. For any reason you should feel that the domain isn’t meant for you, (within 7 days) we offer a 50% buyback surcharge (restocking fees) along with the escrow fees borne by you. Also for any reason if you buy a domain name and it maybe unavailable, we offer 100% refunds.

Conditions for BuyBack

In order to qualify for a refund, the buyer must have maintained the domain with the current registrar at the time of purchase, and the buyer shall return the domain, including exclusive control thereof, to Namestic. Transferring to other registrars locks the domain for 60 days, making the domain ineligible for returns.

The domain shall not have been used in any negative manner, such as for spam, adult website hosting, or anything that is determined reasonably problematic to the health and value of the domain.

To be eligible for a return, the domain has to be purchased on Namestic.com and not through a reseller.

Domains purchases through “Payment plan” payments are not eligible for our return policy.

Can I negotiate the pricing?

Namestic provides an option to submit your desired offer. Often a domain name receives multiple offers/bids and we end up closing a sale within 24 hrs.

Therefore at Namestic we suggest if you like a Domain Name, you must buy the same without any negotiations as the names have been fairly priced according to their popularity and brandability.

But yes! You’re free to submit your offers for a Domain Name you like at Namestic.

Can you help me purchase a domain name from elsewhere?

A simple & straight-forward answer would be YES!

At Namestic, we won’t let you be disappointed if the domain name you have your eye on is already registered or is for sale at a price not in your budget.
